Ujawal Jha is a social worker and politician from Balwa Municipality. He has worked with several non-profit organizations as a project, coach and program facilitator. He graduated in Political Science from Kathmandu Tribhuvan University.

After finishing his studies, Ujawal worked on a CSR project managed by Care Nepal Enterprises, where he was training and mentoring college dropouts and helping them with life skills. These students can eventually find a career in the retail industry after completing their course. Uajwal has also worked on the Aasman Nepal Project, where he was leading the project on retail management managed by the government. of Nepal.

Ujawal is a Scouter and loves traveling, hiking and traveling. He joined Earth5R to create environmental and social solutions for the underprivileged community. “Good deeds are giving to the poor and helpless, but godly deeds are showing them their values that matter.”

Social activist Yuva Uajwal Jha has requested Mayor Ram Bijay Mahato of Balwa Municipality not to rely on the current government.  He said that the present government could not help in the waste management of Balwa and suggested to cooperate with the local youth.

He said this while speaking in a program today.  He said that since the local youth have a vision of waste management, they will support Mayor Mahato in all aspects of his plan.

He asserted that the government cannot do anything for waste management and if the government depends on it, Mayor Ram Bijay Mahato will also fail.  He said that cultural should be saved together.

Eliminate nepotism and nepotism within Balwa municipality, bring the teachers who are connected with some politics in the municipality under the scope of action, investigate the certificates of the teachers who have been appointed under contract. Implement these suggestions to bring radical changes in the education of Balwa municipality!!
