DADAChain Successfully Tokenizes Shares of Defense Company Stanex… Now Trading on Uniswap

Seoul, March 24, 2025, ZEX PR WIRE, Blockchain-based real-world asset (RWA) tokenization platform DADAChain has successfully tokenized shares of South Korea’s leading defense company, Stanex, and completed its first issuance on March 17. This project is part of an initiative to expand the global investment ecosystem, targeting companies preparing for listing on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE). By leveraging tokenization, the project aims to solve liquidity challenges in traditional financial markets and create a more efficient investment environment.

Prioritizing investor protection and asset security, DADAChain has entrusted custody services to a major domestic securities firm, while Seon Law Firm is responsible for asset audit services. This ensures the reliability and transparency of tokenized assets while supporting stable operations within the blockchain-based financial system.

The tokenized shares issued through this project are now available for trading on the global decentralized exchange (DEX) Uniswap. This enables investors to trade assets more flexibly, free from the constraints of traditional financial markets. Additionally, DADAChain plans to expand its listings on other DEXs and centralized exchanges (CEXs) in the near future.

To facilitate seamless company listings, DADAChain is collaborating with IPO consulting firm Columbia Capital. The partnership focuses on developing listing strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and securing a stable market presence for tokenized assets.

With the rapid global adoption of RWA tokenization, particularly in the U.S., where government bonds, real estate, and corporate stocks are increasingly tokenized, DADAChain aims to align with this trend by offering innovative investment opportunities to both Korean and international investors.
