New Wellbeing Program Bringing Balance to the Lives of Women Everywhere

0

Creating the best version of one’s self and a dream life all comes down to balance. Feelings of wellbeing are fundamental to the overall health of an individual, enabling difficulties to be successfully overcome and life goals being achieved.  Thanks to women’s health and wellbeing expert, Dal Dhaliwal, this is now easier done than said.

Dal’s new online coaching experience, BALANCED, help’s women aged over forty build fulfilling lifestyles, overcome limited beliefs and confidently create the best version of themselves and a life to love. The sessions cover health and wellbeing issues that concern women in their forties and beyond, such as weight loss, weight management, mental health, and perimenopause and menopausal health.

“I have experienced firsthand what it feels like to transition from overworked, exhausted, stressed, overweight and burnt-out to a happy, healthy, more positive, motivated and successful woman,” says Dal. “After having my 3 daughters, I struggled with weight gain, depression, low confidence and self-esteem. It wasn’t until my youngest daughter started school that I decided to join a gym and focus on ‘me’. This is when I started my personal transformation journey. Keeping active and working out became a big part of my life.”

Dal’s own lifestyle transformation is a testimony to how it’s possible to turn one’s life around even when time-poor and unmotivated. Making it her mission to help other women prioritise their physical and emotional wellbeing, the BALANCED program is designed to be accessed by members via an online portal or the app, and has a separate online community, which acts as a safe place for women to network with other like-minded women and gain additional support from one another.

Creating lasting and impactful change doesn’t have to be hard, and with BALANCED, the journey becomes something to look forward to.
