Global CEO Summit 2025: Empowering Visionary Leadership in Baku

The inaugural Global CEO Summit 2025 is set to take place on February 25, 2025, at the Baku Marriott Boulevard Hotel in Baku, Azerbaijan.

Organized by CEO Club Azerbaijan in partnership with the Azerbaijan HR Institute, the summit will convene over 500 attendees, including prominent CEOs, entrepreneurs, business leaders, and C-level professionals from more than 50 countries.

The event’s theme, “Empowering Visionary Leadership,” aims to foster discussions on innovative management practices and the integration of cutting-edge technologies.

Event Highlights:

Opening Ceremony: The summit will commence with a grand opening ceremony featuring Emil Huseynov, Chair of the Organizing Committee and Founder and Director of CEO Club Azerbaijan; Nazim Safarov, Director of Government Relations and CSR Department at PASHA Holding LLC; and Navid Nazemian, the world’s leading executive coach and bestselling author.

Panel Session 1: Titled “The New Era of CEO Leadership: Transforming Vision into Impact,” this session will be moderated by Movlan Pashayev, CEO of Esyasoft Azerbaijan. Panelists include Jalal Gasimov, CEO of PASHA Holding LLC; Manuela Traldi, President of the Italy-Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce; Imran Ahmadzada, Head of NEQSOL Holding Azerbaijan; and Savas Uzan, CEO of Azersun Holding.

Panel Session 2: Focused on “AI & Human-Centered Leadership: Bridging Technology and Humanity,” this discussion will be led by moderator Yildiz Tugba Kara, Founder and Managing Director of the Society 5.0 Institute. Speakers include Samir Mammadov, Country Manager of UN Global Compact; Amir Valibayov, CEO of PASHA Technology; Abdul Karim Sawan, CEO of IntelliGrid AI; and Mehmet Fahri Can, CEO of İşNet.Masterclass: Navid Nazemian will conduct an exclusive masterclass titled “Unlocking the Value of CEO Career Transitions,” offering insights into effective leadership transitions.
