ROOF Academy recently held the graduation ceremony for its scholarship program aimed at talented youth, conducted in collaboration with various organizations.
In September 2023, 91 students successfully completed a rigorous six-stage selection process and were chosen to participate in university preparation and scholarship application processes.
As a leading organization in facilitating Azerbaijani students’ admission to top universities globally, ROOF Academy has supported 121 students in gaining admission to prestigious institutions such as MIT, Harvard, Columbia, Johns Hopkins, Brown, Duke, UBC, Cambridge, Oxford, Imperial College London, Nanyang, National University of Singapore, Hong Kong, and KAIST since 2022.
The development of modern society is defined by the quality of human capital, making education invaluable. The Azerbaijani government continues to take significant steps in this direction. The primary goal of the scholarship projects is to increase talented youth’s access to education, prepare them for admission to higher education institutions, and support their development into professional experts.
Financial partners of the scholarship projects include the Innovation and Digital Development Agency (40 students), bp (42 students), Nobel Energy (30 students), and various individual entrepreneurs (9 students). They provided financial support for the students’ preparation and application processes to prestigious universities.
Each year, a significant number of Azerbaijani youth gain the opportunity to study at top-ranked educational institutions worldwide through ROOF Academy. The increasing interest of young people in international education is a positive indicator.
It is worth noting that ROOF Academic Training plays a crucial role, in collaboration with the aforementioned organizations, in preparing talented students for admission to prestigious universities.
