Hi, I created an iPhone app which can help track your moods, water that you drank daily and weight daily. I wanted to track each one of these items and they do really help me keep track of my moods, and how much water I drank every day and my weight.

It did help me lose my weight to the goal I set in this app and it worked very well for all three of these tracking items.

The reason I have all three of these in my app was I wanted to track all three of these items. I did find other apps that only had one of each of these so I would have to have three separates apps. I wanted my app to do all three so only one app can do all of this!
