Moreno Hair Design — Heather Moreno is the proud owner of Moreno Hair Design in Redwood City specializing in flamboyage, balayage, vivids, updos, and special event styling. With 15 years of experience as a stylist and 9 years as a small business owner, Heather believes in giving each client a customized look. Education has always been very important to Heather as well as keeping up with current hair trends. During the pandemic, she attended advanced education classes in balayage, bridal styling, sanitation, and a brand new technique called airtouch. She also loves teaching clients how to style their hair and what products to use at home. Heather wanted to thank her clients for their continued love and support. When she isn’t working behind the chair she enjoys traveling all over the Bay Area for weddings & special events.
