After completing his B.Tech from Punjab Technical University and MBA from Sikkim Manipal University, he received an honorary Doctorate Degree in Blockchain Technology from European Digital University.

Dr. Kshitij was determined to be an employer rather than an employee, and he mentored and guided students by organizing the first entrepreneurship drive and opening an entrepreneur cell in his college where he educated students about the idea of startups and their advantages.
In the years that followed, he founded multiple companies, including a blockchain technology company and the lifestyle brand company RiSEOO, which is now operational in over 60+ countries. He also invested in and mentored numerous other companies. With 13+ years of experience in the technology industry, Dr Kshitij has held various leadership roles in several organizations, and all of his ventures are currently successful. His company provided security to crucial data for SMEs, Fortune 500 companies, airlines, banks, and even countries.
Currently, he is the COO of RiSEOO, where he oversees the company’s day-to-day operations and ensures the successful execution of its strategic plans. RiSEOO is a global platform that offers business opportunities to people, and it is created to provide global business opportunities to its affiliate partners. His business is mainly in North Africa and the Middle East, particularly in Egypt, Morocco, Algeria, and Qatar.
Ultimately, his goal is to build a platform that can positively impact a million people’s lives by enhancing their lifestyles. He firmly believes in three things: be at the top of your field if you’re into something, perception kills creativity, and focus on discipline and consistency.
